  1. Entry to the competition is open to all persons residing in WA except employees and members of Pro Subi and their immediate family, staff of members and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
  2. The promoter is Pro Subi Ltd, ABN 32 084 188 901, PO Box 1155, Subiaco WA 6904.  
  3. To enter customers must tell us in 25 words or less what makes their mum so special. Send in the entry form to Pro Subi, PO Box 1155 Subiaco 6904 or email their entry to info@prosubi.com.au. Entries must include name, phone number and email address. Winner will be chosen from responses received.
  4. The prize includes: A 9 carat yellow gold Australian south sea cultured pearl pendant on a 9carat yellow gold Omega necklace from Willie Creek Pearls vale $640; a hair and makeup package from Subi Hairdressing value $350; a photo shoot and print from Viva Photography Subiaco value $550 and a voucher to a Subiaco restaurant of your choice to the value of $200. Plus 4 runners up will win a hair treatment & restyle cut & blow wave from One Hair and Body, Subiaco each valued at $123.00.
  5. The prize/s is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
  6. The competition commences on Monday, 30 April 2012, at 9:00am (WST) and entries close at 12:00pm on Friday, 11 May 2012. (WST).
  7. The prize draw will take place at the offices of Pro Subi Ltd on Friday, 11 May 2012 at 13:00pm (WST). The winner will be notified via phone. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Proof of identity will be required when claiming the prize.

10.  The winner will be notified on Friday, 11 May 2012.

11.  Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.

12.  The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of claiming or receiving the prize or any extra cost incurred with the prize including any extra costs or charges that may be incurred or associated with the usage of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for transport for the winners to collect their prize.

13.  If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.

14.  If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

15.  Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's, Willie Creek Pearls, Subi Hairdressing and Viva Photography databases. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
